Ashford Skin is an online retailer using a dropshipping fulfilment model for the United Kingdom.
How orders are fulfilled
When you place an order with Ashford Skin, we transmit your order details to an independent supplier or fulfilment partner. That supplier prepares, packs and dispatches the goods directly to your delivery address.
Supplier responsibility
Unless UK consumer law requires otherwise, the supplier is responsible for:
- Product authenticity, quality and condition at dispatch
- Accurate picking, packing and labelling
- Handing the parcel to the carrier in sellable condition
- Manufacturer defects and batch issues originating before dispatch
- Delays caused by supplier stock, processing or warehouse handling
Our role
Ashford Skin provides the storefront, payment collection and customer coordination. We will help you raise issues with the supplier and carrier, but we are not the manufacturer and do not hold inventory for every SKU.
Important notice
By purchasing, you acknowledge that fulfilment is completed by third-party suppliers and that liability for supplier-controlled stages of the order sits with those suppliers, subject always to your statutory rights under UK law.
