These terms apply to purchases made on the Ashford Skin UK storefront.
Contract
A contract is formed when payment is authorised and we confirm the order. Product images and copy are for illustration; always check the listing details before purchase.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an obvious pricing error. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Dropshipping model
Goods are supplied and shipped by third-party suppliers. Title and risk transfer according to the carrier/supplier terms once the goods are delivered or, for business customers, as otherwise agreed. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashford Skin is not liable for supplier warehouse errors, manufacturer defects, or carrier failures beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
