Delivery options for mainland UK orders. Timings are estimates once a supplier has handed the parcel to the carrier.

Dispatch
Orders are passed to the supplier after payment is confirmed. Dispatch windows depend on supplier stock and cut-off times. Weekend and bank holiday processing may extend estimates.
Tracking & risk in transit
Where tracking is available, we share it when the supplier provides a number. Carrier delays, mis-sorts and transit damage are handled with the supplier and carrier. Ashford Skin will assist with claims but is not the carrier.
Delivery address
Please ensure your address and postcode are correct at checkout. Re-delivery or redirection costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged by the supplier or carrier.
